We're actively working to improve the site. Below are some known issues we've identified:

Known Issues

• PDF pattern downloads: Download links are not being generated automatically. We will provide your link manually until this is resolved.
• Receipt email formatting: Receipt emails have not been confirmed to render properly in all email clients.
• VAT (UK only): There may be bugs in the handling of tax (especially tax on shipping) in the receipt email. Therefore, on orders where VAT is applied (this is all orders shipped to the UK), the receipt email will not be generated automatically until it has been checked manually to confirm it is correct.
